I just stood a call from a woman who rented a little Phoenix Storage Unitlast week. Even though I told her that the facility where the unit is located is small and can only accommodate small moving trucks, she rented the unit. Now she is calling to say the movers is going to have an 18 wheeler tractor trailer truck and can’t hand cart her items in for her. Unfortunately, the only alternative would be to rent a unit at this location and many types of I have available are double the size she had originally rented. I hate when people don’t listen when I inform them the policies of renting a storage unit in Phoenix.
Yesterday I took two calls from the woman with a lot of different queries about <a title="RV Storage Phoenix. It seems that they only need a place to park a trailer during their visit. Then they will be leaving out of town for a month and then coming back and can need to park it again to get a month or two. I told her that we don't have daily or weekly rates on storage at all. She seemed really frustrated and declared she cannot seem to look for a place anywhere that does. I informed her that with our online coupon, she could sign per month lease and still get a very good deal.
Unfortunately, the maintenance guy sent me a contact this morning stating he would 't be here today. He hasn’t been here for two days and there is a lot of repair stuff to deal with today. Now I will have to do the majority of it because it cannot delay until Friday to be taken care of. So while i finish with the administrative a few things i need to take care of this morning for Casa Grande Mini Storage, i then will have to go out and spend about forty five minutes or so doing the maintenance stuff by myself.
